Stress management is given to help professionals deal with stress by learning to meditate and calm themselves in cases of emergencies and stress. On the other hand, more specialized fields require further trainings and education like pediatric, psychology, rehabilitation, orthopedic, and other areas that a nurse wants to specialize in. You can’t just go inside a psychiatric ward without knowledge on how to specifically care for people with different mental illnesses. And you can’t just very well get inside an operating room without knowledge of the tools and procedures that you will be using, right? Learning will always be required in most specialized field. You can enroll yourself in certified classes, trainings, and seminars if you want to be one of the best in your chosen field.
